Machine Polisher

I am not that clued on them tbh.

As i understand a DA is just easier to use and more first time user friendly.

Rotary the Rpm range is higher which makes more room for error, but better results.

Someone will be along to either point you in the right direction or correct me. :approve:

DA polishers oscillate meaning that they sort of go up and down as well as round. That's an overly simplified explanation, but meh.

Rotaries just go round in a circular motion, i.e Rotate. DA's are known to be easier to use due to there being less risk involved with things like heat build up due to motion of the pad.

I might be way wrong, I know it's an over-simple explanation of things, but it'll do!

Its easier if its simple ha ha because I aint all that clued up on them, just seen a few cheap like and just wondering if they any good etc, just so I could keep on top of the swirls and keep the car looking clean ;)

If i was you i would go with the DA to be on the safe side.

Or do alot of reading up on the rotary.

The DA will keep on top of swirls and give a really good finish if used with the right products.

hmmm sounds sensible as dont wanna wreck the car lol. But why would the rotary be cheaper ffs lol. Have to think about it properly, because having to wax and that by hand atm :\ also need to do a headlight correction big time !!!

Do some search's on here loads of threads about it. A DA will do the headlight correction no probs.
