Manifold problem?

a whil;e back now i had trouble with my cat to mid joint on the exhaust, i fixed this and it was running fine. now when i put my foot down i can hear a blowing noise and it seems to be coming from the front of the car.

can anyone advise on how to check to see if it is the manifold?

probably needs a new manifold to cat gasket kit
