Was just under the bonnet having a good look with my dad and noticed this

Is it a problem that it is slightly cracked and if it is, how much would it be for a new one.

Can you see exhaust gas coming out when car is running? Itll probably get worse but may be able to be welded up if you take it to an exhaust place rather than replacing. If its a Phase 3 isn't it still under warranty?
