Manual window and mirror conversion

Is there much weight to be saved swapping the electric windows and mirrors for manual items?

I think there's about 2-2.5 kgs in the electric motors for the windows (been a long time since I stripped mine and weighed EVERYTHING), but it won't be too far off as an estimate.
As for the mirrors I'm not entirely sure it's worth the effort for saving possibly 1/2 a kg. I just removed the wiring and adjust the mirrors manually.

I was building a hill climb car a few years ago but it had to go unfortunately. Now I'm looking into using the Clio. Although tbh spending a whole day for 5 minutes of driving isn't great.

I'd have to check the blue book very carefully as its for the road class. Things like induction, exhaust, brakes, seats and suspension are failry free.

Put manual mirrors and window regulators in my ph1, not due too weight saving but after a small fire wrecked all the switches it was easier/cheaper to do it that way.

doors take about 10 mins to swap over and mirrors are easier. Less stuff too go wrong as well, the simpler the better in my eyes.

Thats another reason why I fucked everything off on mine and just run with a roof vent instead!! Much simpler!
