Matched inlets

  Clio 172
I have a rs inlet and a non rs inlet, question is I want to have a go at matching them myself (being as I have a spare I may as well) and just after a bit of advice. Which one should I mess with? guessing non rs. Is it just a case of opening the up to match gasket? What work, if any is carried out to the plenum?

Any pic or advice would be much appreciated, especially from folk that have do it themselves.

Thank you

  dan's cast offs.
to do them properly you need a couple of locating dowels in them, personally i'd never match to a gasket they need to be matched to each other. get the faces skimmed, match them, lap them and run them without a gasket.
