whats the difference between this and a normal 200? I may be missing something here but your spending 20k on a clio. I know its a few years old now, but surely this would be a better option http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3489236.htm????

I'm not taking side but its not really fair to compare a Clio to a 996.
Besides, during 3 years of ownership how do you think running costs would stack up against eachother? Brakes, tyres, servicing, general reapairs (which are less liekly in a new car).
The Porka could cost a fortune.

True there aucky.. The raider is basically a fully spec'd 200 with a few extras that are not available when purchasing a 200. And if you think I payed anywhere near the list price you got to be joking. For all those looking at buying any sport range contact Dave peat at Renault Chester.

Good you got it cheaper than list. What I'm saying about the porka is that it's done it's depreciation. Once you have a new clio for 3 years the depreciation will be very similar to the running cost of the 911 and the 911 will still be worth nigh on the same value whereas the clio will have lost 6/7k. It's all personal preference, that's just how I would go about it. Enjoy your car.
