ive got a downloaded version, only active for 30days. Looks pretty sweet but no need for it unless your running it in a living room and daily imo

i run it on a media centre pc in our living room on a 42" plasma, its pretty sweet like, for something made be microsoft. good for partys and showing family photos, and of course a bit of the downloaded movies lol

Same as above, also using Xbox360 as a media center extender in my room, it's a good bit of kit.

Best of getting one of these, can connect to your computer and view the shared files i.e. Movies etc... to be watched on a normal tv

yes it will be running on a htpc connected to a 40" lcd

the pc comes with it preinstalled but no seperate install cd so i want a vanilla copy so i can rebuild it my way lol

This is a great programme, just got it. Works really well. One question for you guys that have it, did you get the media player remote with it? Got mine on my new dell and it doesnt have it. Should i have it?
