Very cheap that mate!

I'd be having a good look at it first to make sure it's ok.

They have all the repair costs of the R26's. Swivel hub bearings £100 a side, clutch and flywheel £800...

Yeah might give it a miss, it would only be a gap car whilst we got on the housing ladder and the more I read it seems they can become expensive to maintain and at that price it's obvious it'll be needing plenty of maintenance.

Yeah, it should be a £5-7k motor if it's in good condition.

They aren't r26 money. You'd be an absolute chancer to price it that way.

Ours has been reliable, but compared to a fabia it'll be pricier to maintain (especially at those miles) and less economical on fuel, tyres, brakes etc. One of those cars that I'd never buy cheap.
