Hi i have some of this polish and when i use it there seems to be water coming out of the bottle as well as the polish, is this normal? I also shook the bottle but no joy????

No. 21 is wax. Always give it a good shake before use

#21 on top of Megs 80 & 83 looks lush.

#21 does go watery, its not water though (if you put warter in the bottle it will never mix in, try it lol) , do shake it up before use and you will be fine
