Memory card issue?

I did a trackday today and used two memory cards in my video camera. Since getting home I've uploaded the videos from one memory card, but my laptop tells me my other memory card is blank. If I put the card back in the camera the videos are there, so why can't my laptop find them?

This isn't the first time I've had issues, as @sbridgey will tell you lol.
