Is it better the auto glym super resin polish?

It's crap. It was ok 20 years ago but 'ok' at best.

I wondered where my polish had gone....

I remember seeing this at Sunday market's, the guy selling it used to do a demo where he would wax an old car bonnet which was on his market stool and then pour lighter fulid onto it.
He would then set it alight, saying that it was the wax thats protecting the paint.

I was a kid so thought it was epic...flol

You'd be best off with SRP.

got a unused bottle of both in the workshop so will use the super resin polish.

is it the "ultimate" stuff? I bought a bottle years ago and used it because i didnt know any better, it was horrible stuff, leaving white residue all over the place and difficult to remove.

To be honest I use Mer... just got used to it after working down a boatyard. They could have afforded any product for these one million pounds plus boats, so I figured good enough for them, good enough for my little Clio!
