Is there anywahere on the Internet I can safely Download Microsoft Word?

I need it and I had to factory reset my Computer a couple of days ago so lost all the programme's

It's not free software, so nope.

You'll need to get the original disks or buy it.. if it's a home PC, you can get the Home & Student Edition for around £80/£90 from memory, which includes Word.

Or download open office which can open .doc files.

Google Docs ftw. Getting quite good these days. Don't even have to install anything.
