Mirroring items in powerpoint?

Trying to make a t-shirt, got some iron on transfer things but need to print mirrored text, struggling with it and the help feature isn't telling me.

Anyone?!

Just had a look in PP and couldn't find it either. Is there any reason it NEEDS to be done in PP? Can't you do it in PS or something?
