misfire at low revs

i have developed a misfire starts from cold with ruff tickover but i now this is normal. but around 1500 - 2000 rpm it misifires badly and also struggles to start sometimes. It will start then cought and cut out but will restart fine. its ok if i floor it. it misfires when cruising at 30mph or less till warmed up it is doing my head in i am finking either coil pack leads or lambda sensor but dont just wana guess and throw money at it because just spend a small fortune tidying bodywork up cheers help please

Get a cheap obd bluetooth jobby and scan which one it is, if you want to make sure it is that swap injectors over and see if the fault follows the injector.

cheerz i will get it plugged in tmora and c wot it comes up wiv and report back

just plugged it in come up wiv upstream oxygen sensor guna fit 1 dis afternoon

replaced oxygen sensor all gooood!
