Misfire but not saying which cylinder

Hi Everyone
My 182 cup has recently been flashing the amber engine warning light when idling, goes away when driving. Took it to my mechanic and it came up saying it was misfiring but would not specify which cylinder. I changed the ignition coil pack which didn't fix the issue so took the spark plugs out and one of them was covered in a thick layer of black carbon. I have changed all of them but am still having the problem.
Any ideas what could be causing it?

Flashing EML light is like @leeds2592 says likely to be an injector. Usually happens when sat stopped at some lights or in traffic.
