Misfire with faultcode

3024Injection valve cylinder two
Open circuit / short circuit
anyone had this

Also just removed plugs and cylinder twos plug was black

Injector screwed, failed open and been squirting fuel into cylinder constantly hence the black plug.
Seen this a couple of times before in extreme cases shorts and burns injector drivers and kills the ecu.

at idle its fine
when i pull away it missfires like mad yet when i bulid up speed its ok

Changed all four injectors to ones from a 182
still miss firing so I e changed plugs coil pack etc to no avail
only thing that's changed is now all 4 plugs get covered with black soot
and black smoke comes out of the exhaust
