Misfire

  1.8 Corsa Golf pd180
Took my clio to the garage, he drove the car to his gf's it ran out of fuel.

Caused a misfire.

One of the injectors failed found this with a polarity check. replaced.

Still misfires, and for some reason its worse when its warm??

what could it be?
