Mk1 - 1.8

Right my uncle used to have a clio, it was a 1.8 i dont remember it being a 16v.
it had large factory standard skirts and bumpers. Also pepper pot alloys.

anyone know if i had a special name or was it just a valver with a kit on?

Thought it was just the RSi that has the sideskirts and the alloys. Thought the RT didn't have sideskirts and had steelies ?

Could be the RSi or a Baccara. 1.8RT wouldn't have sideskirts and was available in5dr only, for just two years (K to L reg)

Did it have leather interior? The Baccara has full leather interior with walnut effect 'B' on the front door trim.

Also, Baccara was only available in automaic in this country but they did it in 1.4 (Energy) and 1.8(F3P) forms. I think the 1.8 was also MPi as I founs a Baccara at the scrapyard and it was a MPi lump.

i had a j-reg 1.8 RT

it had no skirts though. i thought that was just RSi too
