im biased.....i think they great....especially when stripped out with lightweight alloys on...
i got a video of mine before it was stripped and had willy wheels and a big heavy leather interior. was only half a second slower up the pod than a lightly modded valver
so im guessing it might be just as close if exactly the same as a valver up the strip....
great for nipping round town in...120mph top end if its kept in good condition...
the powers in the middle of the rev range rather than at 5k+
reasonably reliable as long as the cam belts bin done and the rotor arm changed recently.
quite good on fuel to....340miles to a full £42 worth of fuel

I paid £1000 for mine
came with gaz shocks/springs
xenons
custom side exit
buckets
kenwood head unit
green cotten induction kit
valver bonnet

if its in good condition id say £8-900

Theyre ok and I can have alot of fun in mine - mines in the process of being done up so not in a great condition atm. Mine does about 130mph on the flat but thats with some engine mods done to it Theyre pretty cheap to run aswell mind you its a 1.8

Drove one a few years ago, really impressed. I like the look of them, great for all condition driving (urban, country blats etc) It would defo be a decent stop gap car for me...

id pay the little extra for a valver or williams IMHO.

still, cant fault them as ive never been in one

cant find one ^^ off to look just now he says the only fault is the sunroof has been sealed up because it was leaking

wouldnt worry about the sunroof dude. VERY common poblem on mk1's.
