Yes

All Mk1 phase 1 and 2 clios have the same shape lights and fittings

They have a newer style bulb fitment which should be better.

Not yet, I was going to wait until something broke but nothing has as yet. All Ive done is set the timing on the cams to tdc but its still sitting on the garage floor.
