The are a pain in the arse (at least they were for me), the plastic surrounds kept breaking when trying to unscrew the bolts to take the inner door trim off, I rang Renault and guess what - they break them all the time too!
If any1 else has this problem, take it to a body shop and get them to weld on something to screw into - quick and easy job that saves time and money, I got it done for £20.
