MK1 Passenger window dead

hi all, new to the whole clio thing. Basically i have a clio mk1 ph3 RT 1997.

I can open and close the passenger window from my side but on the passenger side you can only close it, and one got any ideas?

Also when closing either side it is slow as hell. . .

Check the connection on the switch.

There always slow a bit of oil helps them but there not wonderful clean and oil the runners but thats about all you can do.
