well, most motors yo can get today you wont be able to get anything worth the money with bolt of stuff.
mechanically diff, FBW, TB is smaller diameter with a taper (for torque), single cat with twin lambda, manifold is the same, ECU, not sure on the box, not looked....
as for the VVT, its basically useless.......as std...and changing its operational profile will not really yield much on teh std cam, maybe a wilder cam, but its proabably easier to leave it and get a set of TBs on there for roughly 215bhp
