Mk2 1*2 Dash Strips effect?

Ive managed to track down the ren sport gear knobtop in carbon and the steering wheel clip on, just wanted to know what the 1*2's had as the dash strips? Are they carbon?

172's had carbon effect silver, as on the gearknob and steering badge. I can't remember what Cup's got but I'm sure someone can help out there.
182's got plain silver inserts/badges, no carbon effect weave.

How easy are they to change?
Is 40 delivered a good price for the dash trims?

I got the brushed carbon ones from a crashed Dynamique. Think they were about £15.
