Mk2 16V 1.2 Air filter panel

Hi I was looking for a panel filter to replace the original one to give it a nice noise to the engine but I bought a cone filter and can't seem to get it fitted, can anyone help ?

For the cone filter, I'm guessing you literally just have the cone?

You'll need the tube that goes from the cone filter to the throttle body.

Also as I'm guessing yours is the 16v, IIRC you need some wierd adapter plate thing to fit it on as the airbox is massive on your car.

Something like this:

Changing to a performance panel filter wont give it that much of a better noise, as it is still in the constrictive air box. But if I were to get one, I would go pipercross.
