mk3 clock reset

how do you reset the mpg, and trip clock on the mk3

have one as a temp car and i cant find how to do it?

If its anything like the Mk2 then there should be a button at the end of the right indicator, get it to show mpg then press a button on the dial screen just below the speedometer to reset it. Not sure if it's the same but worth a try :approve:

theres not, i had one the other day, i gave up trying to figure it out !! i know the 1.2 was only doing 30mpg !!!! and it is sloooooooooooow !!

What you do is:

go to the MPG setting

then hold BOTH buttons (top and bottom) on stalk for 3 seconds. this resets mpg, miles to go, etc

if you want to reset the trip meter, do the same but have the display showing trip miles first.
