MK3 Decat Pipe?

Anyone know where I can buy a decat for a MK3 1.6?

Also not the right section but anyone know where I can get some decent front disc's and pads?

I have looked everywhere but there seems very little about for the MK3, especially for something other than a 197!

Take cat off, Bash the middle out, put cat back on! That's what I've got...
