Mk3 steering wheel

Hi guys, I bought a non sport steering wheel a good few years ago with the intention of fitting to my cup. (Once refurbished by the man Snappy!)

Doesn't have Cruise.

Is there any reason I can't fit it to my 172 cup? I know you need a washer too?
