After having the car for a couple of weeks, I've managed to do a few subtle mods:

Just some colour coding and Silvatec bulbs all round. Got a few more subtle mods up my sleeve, nothing too mad!

I got the bump strips professionally done, nahh don't want to smoke the side repeaters.

How did I know that was coming Bio hahaa..it will be down 45mm and no lower next year. Will get some spacers too.

Yeahhh just a reflection on the front wing.

Other plans include remap/filter, possibly some light front tints to match the rear. Nick the smoked headlights off my bro's clio...or should I say "cornering lights" , then just want to get the door cards trimmed up in red leather. No other real plans atm!

-45mm is plenty enough for me, I'd be happy with Dave138's height.

Everyone has their own preferences..yours are coilovers, mine are springs.

I've been in Raymond's Clio (gold euro MK3) and the ride is way too harsh for me and I have upto 30 speed humps on the way into work..plus I have to take clients in the car so coilovers for many reasons are a no go.

Getting quite boring isn't it haha.

With the side strips...the rear 1/4 pieces clip straight off with a bit of persuading.

Door strips..there is a grommet on the inside of the door...remove that which will reveal a bolt (think its a torx), you need to undo this..guaranteed you'll lose it in the door lol then the strips slide to one side and come off...bullets slide off too, obviously remove the indicators first (clip off).

definately DECK it....

45mm will be f**k all.. if u got your hart set on springs instead of coilovers, you should get the 60mm then it prob would just about sit nicely on your wheels.

personally would deck it

Should you go 45 and under, you should be considering replacing the standard dampers for ones with a shorter stroke so you don't go shagging the stock dampers.
