Mop and Seal for the winter! anyone up for it?!

Pretty much does anyone have the right equipment and the eagle eye to do this for me for winter? Want to make sure its fully protected for the winter and I dont have the right products or time or equipment. Based in the birmingham area. Obviously I would pay. Cheers
