Why oh why do people do this?

There is quite a nice Integra type r near my house and its quite a rare car now its white and the guy has put jet black tints on it, and loads and I mean loads of stickers all down the back window. Tints is out dated and looks gash, all he needs is mudflaps to add to my most 3 annoying things you can do to a car!

Why do people wreck cars? it was fine before he touched it!

3. Stickers(notice the s in there, 1 sticker I can deal with esp a CS one)

Mudflaps stop mud going up/out the back of cars.
Tints provide privacy on vehicles.
Stickers is a fad that some people enjoy.

I'd be more concerned with most annoything things that drivers do...
