Beaniemoo, high compression 182 engine in a mk1 on Omex 600, ultra lightweight, 1 off carbon roof, GRP doors bonnet and boot, perspex windows, narrowed dash, Gripper diff, Leda suspension with remote reservoirs.......pretty much anything you can think of has been changed

AndyRG before he sold his mk1 shell, Megane 225 internals in a 172 block

Mine has pretty much nothing but the shell and rear axle left which is RSI.

now running and array or engine and suspension setups, coupled with a seq gearbox.

its been facelifted and also most pannels have been replaced after it was rolled up at otterburn

tooo many mods to list but you get the idea,

Yeah I would have said foxy's and whitley mk1's are the best as they are all home built a d they do all the work them selfs. Much more impressive than getting a company to do all the work for you.

i think there alot of cars cropping up well spec'd! And i must agree home built and not bought wins every time!

i think for the shear dedication and awesomeness Chrispy's is up there, bu thtat white mk1 just pips it! It has a carbon roof FFS!

I agree with the home built philosophy tbh, unfortunately busy work and home life means I would never have the time.

Don't know if it has been mentioned, but the two brothers who used the $torm Rider account had a couple of very heavily modified Clios, both done to a very high quality too.
