mot brake results

does anyone know if 270 front and 240 rear are good results for brakes on an mot test? as my brakes are getting awful with no apparant cause and these are the results from my mot last week.

yeah, about the usual mate
fronts normally pull up more,
also you dont mention if they locked?

yeah he said they locked the only problem was handbrake on right wheel, apparantly it past by 1 percent. the brakes are ok until you want to pull up quick and then the pedal just goes hard. ive changed brake fluid new discs and pads front and new pads rear.
