Mot fail?

Steering wheel alignment is out, asin the steering wheel when driving straight, is turned a quater :/ have my mot tomorrow night and was panicing if this will make it fail, anyone have any ideas if it will make it fail or will it be a advisorie?

Won't fail on alignment , unless its killing tyres obviously !

and nothing's bent /worn of course

Tracking might be out, as long as nothing's bend/ worn as said above it won't even be an advise. I had 2 306's and now my 172, none of the wheels point dead straight, not ever been a issue. Just miss aligned on the spindles more than likely

there is only 1 way it can go on the splines so it will be the tracking or another bent component

My alignment is fine on my wheels just my steering wheel, i have no wear at all on my tires

someones done the alignment without centering the wheel then! so you will have less lock one way than you do the other
