Well, after a bit of pandamonium (story below) i've got my MOT so job done but I have 2 advisories:
1. N/S/R Tyre worn to nearly legal limit
2. O/S/R Brake Gripping
The first is an easy fix and one I expected but I want to sort the brake as its also making a load squeeling noise when running under 40 mph.
Is it a case of stripping down the caliper or replacing it. Car has already had other side replaced.
Now the story. Went to by tax online yesterday and found I had no MOT on record. 99% sure I got a new one when I bought the car, so should still be current (car had 11 months tax on it). However can find certificate and when I had a good look through the paperwork found one that ran out in May. So no tax or MOT, what a bummer.
