mpg lcd display etc

picked up a phase 2 172 earlier, 51 plate, how do i get the mpg display etc up ? i can only see the milage, cant even see the trip counter .. also on the lcd display on the centre of the dash i can only see the outside temp, what else is on there ?

button on end of the right hand indc stalk for the mpg etc

Radio display and time should be with temp.
