msn conversation records?

Should be my documents, my recieved files, logs or something along that line...

Thats if its been set up to record the logs of conversations..

If your trying to access another persons account log you will have to be in "their" my documents.

comes up in grey ie i can't click that! bugger i guess its not recording it then

nope if ya want to record them in the future go to tools - options - then messages and there should be a tab where you can select "automatically keep a history of my conversations" hope this helps
