Multitext application

Are there any programs out there that allow you to send multiple messages to phones?

Basically manager's want to send maps out to their driver's phones, but do this in a oner, instead of doing it one by one.

My boss was in a rush and didn't explain it very well and he's just nipped out.

I think it has to be done from a PC as the maps are on the network drive.

*EDIT: If it was something simple he wouldn't have asked me to go find a program that does it

We use one here but it is an app from a Dutch telecom company. It uses a subscription from your own phone and is linked into outlook. Pretty handy.

There is an outlook add on that sounds like it does it. Have a read and see if it works for you:
