Looks great now build up a few layers of polish and sealant on them to help the fight against brake dust.

Thanx for the comments ;)
Was planning to slam on a few coats of AG Extra gloss protection then some AG Alloy wheel seal ... That sound about right ?

Looks cracking... as for protection you'll want to use the wheel sealant first and then AG EGP I'd imagine.

To get rid of all the bad jagged edges around the edge/rim i used a little hand held polishing / sanding tool with these pink coloured fitments..works a treat..
Didnt use any filler at all.

Looks good, Pics on the car please, Same wheels as ive got.. I thought of refurbing them in white or anthracite. But i think i'd need a drop to pull it off and i cant lower at the moment.

my standards are quite badly scuffed/kurbed (prev owner)

I did want to do them white too but then decided to just wait til I can afford some turinis but you have convinced me to do this...

car being monaco blue tho, will white look good?

secondly what paint did you use and how long did each one take?

also what filler?

total newb here

thanks

3 of the alloys were badly jagged and scuffed all round the edges, just don't give up sanding the edges, they will smooth out without filler..Took a good hour each wheel sanding them to make sure they felt smooth as glass and get rid of all imperfections.. 3 decent coats of primer..left for 12 hrs,4 coats of top coat then left them 24 hrs then completed with 4 coats of lacquer and 3 days later polish/wax them to your hearts content..
My car is nautical blue and i'll post some pics soon as i've fitted them..

Paint is all Hycote.. Gloss white..White primer..Clear Lacquer

order it from here,MUCH cheaper than shops and free delivery..it was delieverd less than 24 hrs after ordering..
