My Airbag light flicks on and off

After wshing and hoovering my car today i have noticed that my airbag and SERV light come on and off randomly.

They usually go on and off when i hit a bumps, no its stayed on

It never came on at all before, could this indicate i have knocked a wire under my front seats to the airbags in the seats and set it off ?

Does anyone know a solution to get the light off ?

Or would it be check the wires under the seat and thats it ?

I have also done the fault code check with holding in the trip computer button on the wiper stalk and scrolling through the computer when the needles start dancing and all the dash lights come on and it starts beeping.

And i dont have a fault registered at all, all i have is 4 ---- (dashes) on the display.

I dont fancy paying for Renault to switch it off they'd screw me

Tighten the terminals in the pretensioner block plugs under the seats, or cut & solder them if you want.

What you mean tighten them ? :S

You mean just make sure the connectors are together properly to make contact ?

Yes mate. Quite common for wires to become loose.

Sorted the connectors under the passengers seat must have been loose :S

As i went and checked the conns on both seats were clicked into each other properly this morning and the airbag light went out when i checked passenger one
