My car has issues!

The heater thing is f**ked up. Was cold last night, put the heater on level 4, got too heat, put it down to 3 and nothing... level 2, nothing, level 1, nothing?! Switched car off, then all 3 levels worked. Turned car off again, didnt work? WTF??
