850 T5. mmmm Turbo!
Some people might have spotted threads about my car on here before, but unfortunatly the trouble continues and now i need serious help.
The fault is with the ignition light coming on and the car going into limp mode. this is caused by the throttle position sensors. Unfortunatly the various garages its been to including renault are all trying to wash thier hands of it.
So far i have changed.
10 Iginition coils
2 Throttle bodies
1 throttle pedal.
its had a wiring modification somwhere, aparently a missed recall.
its been scanned what seems like a million times and theres always different codes. engine mapping, engine temp, emitions, lambda.
But the throttle sensor is always up!
it used to clear when i turned the ignition of and on, but now it doesnt.
so i just spent £260 on parts and getting renault to code a new throttle body in and its still doing it.
as far as i can see the only things left to get changed are the ECU and wiring loom.
Renault and Motortek in doncaster have said they will look at it but i need to leave the car between 3 and 5 weeks for them to find the fault. i cant afford this and i need a car.
its dont 75k and b4 anyone asks has no warrenty.
now im desperate for advice and wiring diagrams
