My clutch :>

My car just ran for 21xxxkm and one day, the clutch seems doesnt work properly. After removing the gearbox and see the clutch. The friction material and the clutch plate were dis-integrate. I would like to know whats going on my clutch ? Anybody tried this before ? Is it covered by warrenty ?

any friction material isnt covered after the first year as this is regarded as wear and tear like brake pads.any other clutch parts other than the release bearing are warranty for all 3 years.

wear is acceptable but I dont know why the friction material are completely dis-integrate from the clutch plate.
