Not really bothered about samco, to expensive. I asked venair and they didnt have any yellow at the time.

All i did for the strut tops was mask of and paint, nice and easy and they look alot better.

I used bog standard engine paint from flebay, you can get it from halfords as well, i just gave it a dam good clean with some degreaser and soupy water, gave it three coats of yellow and then for the black just used a steady hand and small brush.

Im getting about 187bhp out the bad boy.

cheers for all the good comments guys and girls

Nice work Ollie I like it, just need a change on the 90 degree pipe mate.

Did you paint directly on to the cast inlet manifold after degrease or sand it down etc first ?

Cheers Tay, I just cleaned it up, didnt bother sanding, I did that a month or so ago and its fine lookings like the day I did it, good paint though i suppose. I know i cant remember what size the 90 degree bend is, i dont wanna go outside and measure it though, looking around for the right size
