My first DSLR shots... (Pic heavy)

So I finally got myself a DSLR Nikon D40 (thought it would be good for a beginner). So anyway i started taking pictures around the house, e.g the cat, my laptop. Basically any subject, just to get used to the camera

Some of them, the subjects are out of focus. But good start.

Just practice and you'll soon pick up the basics... I was rubbish when i started out .. taking shots of nothing in particular like my mac too haha.

Very few in focus, but good framing
