My first time dealing with admiral customer service

  Audi TT 3.2 V6
well a mixed reaction tbh,

as some of you know i recently moved house, so last night i went onto admirals website and filled in the form for change of address, today i received an email from them saying i needed to pay them £19.28.

so i phoned them up to ask wtf was going on...so they give me the your new post code is a higher risk bla bla....well my house is 2 weeks old so the postcode isnt bad, its only 5mins from my old house and is in a very nice part of town....so nice its council tax band g lol (live with the parents)

After giving the poor woman on the phone a bit of a shitty repsonce she asked me to hold while she spoke to her supervisor...she come back 2 mins later and said her supervisor has authorised her to waive the charge :D

so -

cheers admiral, in the end you made the right decision...i feel you tried to take the piss abit but im glad you saw the error of your ways in the end. i spoke 2 an english girl in an english call centre which was a nice change so overall they get a thumbs up from me at the min :D

  Lots of Alfas
You were lucky with that one, in my experience Admiral always try it on with there stupid charges and last time I phoned them up the guy hardly spoke a word of English bless him.
