One of my mates has been on about getting a clio ever since I had my 172 way back when.

Anyways, he finally saved the money and bought himself a lovely little 52 172 cup with just over 10k on it about a week ago.

A couple of days ago I get a text off him saying he had had his 1st "spite attack" on his car. Apparently some C**CK had decided to give his drivers door in a good kicking.

Havnt seen the damage yet but apparently the door is badly dented and has some severe scratches on it.

Any ideas what it might cost to repair?? Just really annoys me when someone trashes your car cos they havnt got the bottle to face you.

When a motorbike went into the drivers side door, the other boys insurance paid out about £600 all in for it.

without seeing the damage i dunno whether it needs a new skin or not. Myself.. ide try locate a new door the same colour as your mates and just swap the stuff over. If he gets a new door or a differnt colour door hes gonna have to paint the entire side out cus of colour matching.
