my new carbon pillars!!! (56k nooooooooo)

got these off lawrence - fitted them today after taking off the peeling black mess that was!!!

a before pic (and yes im aware that i havent got a front bumper!! - black wheels are p/shopped btw)

a quick polish and clean to get rid of the gunk and 5 mins later and it looked like this

oh and been doing these today too - they are only in primer at the mo - metallic blacks comin 2mo! (hopefully the old man wont spot the fact the grass is black for a few days)

lawrence - yeh did the wheels myself, rubbed em down with p150 sandpaper and thats just 3 or 4 coats of primer i have put on for the mean time!!

i am gonna put a few coats of black on the top and a few coats of sealer on top of that to make em perfect! (and hopefully not chip)

tom - i cant leave em like that as its only primer and itll come off easily, cant make my mind up between matt or gloss black tho! the metallic black looks sweet on the cap

I prefur the black piller to merge the windows as u say. but deffo do something about the white strips either side of the carbon piller cover.

I spose if u stuck it straight over the black cover i wouldnt have that problem. How much u pay lawrence? My current door pillers have a few cracks in the black showing the pain so thought i might get those carbon covers.

got em off lawrence for 35 inc del! well cheaper than ktec! pm him im sure hell help u out!

my black stuff was cracking all over the shop so just decided to get rid before i did it so no uneven crappy edges!

oh and iv just looked at that pic and agreed that there seems to be a large white gap on the pics, so ive been outside and adjusted the seal on the window, turns out wen i took the black stuff off, ive edged it over a little so ive took another pic to compare
