Try converting it to WMV format to reduce the size a bit lol.

If you have Xp then it comes with Windows movie maker. Ive used this to shrink down loads of vids. You can turn 700mb vids into 70mb vids quite easily, so should hopefully work with yours.

Mine works on media player, but otherwise use quicktime or divx player.
