Does this mean my tracking is ? The car is brand new and was SPOT ON to begin with but since having my coils fitted its slightly out, very annoying on a long mway road or something.
Yeah its not been done yet as i want to set the height up myself, i was hoping i could takle it to RS tuning when i go up there for a remap.
My old MK2 was well out. Drove the GT about for a few weeks then i got in mine to take it to the new owner, couldnt believe what a piece of s**t it was lol.
mate I got a very similar problem, my steering wheel was off centre, so went to DWS in grays where my brother, excellent mechanic he is, did the tracking for me and also had a look at the steering wheel, fiddled with a few things, and said well mate thats the best its going to be, which was actually pretty much spot on, but it has slowly gone back to the way it was so god knows, still not quite as bad as what it was though
Got my tracking done a few years back and the steering wheel was still offset, as it was prior to taking it in.
Went back and they told me there was nothing they could do as it was set to Renault specs and they cant change it. They said they'd have a look anyway but after that dont come back again !!
